    Core, Cardio & More - Circuit training at its finest. The perfect blend of core strengthening moves and cardio designed to give your entire body a thorough workout. The class consists of 5 stations, 3 of which are for strength and 2 are cardio. The format is consistent with interval training based on the rotating stations and duration of each movement. This one will get your heart pumping!

    SilverSneakers Cardio & ROM - This class’s format includes a warm-up and rhythmic range of movement stretch, work with resistance, tools, cool down, final stretch and a relaxation segment. It is an equipment-based, multi-level, total body conditioning class in which students use hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, a SilverSneakers play ball and a chair for standing and/or seated support.

    SilverSnearkers Yoga Stretch - YogaStretch will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.

    30 Minute Abs –  All about technique! Focuses on breathing, holding abs, and cardio at the same time based in repetitions. A variety of exercises that focus on strengthening and toning the abdominal region.
