    Maximize Your Efficiency! Our club trainers will create and implement an exercise routine that is efficient both with time and effectiveness. We will optimize a program for your specific fitness level based around your specific goals, using the latest scientific techniques and research.

    Our personal trainers ensure that you perform movements and utilize our strength equipment in not only the most efficient way, but in the safest way as well. Your exercise technique will be closely monitored to prevent injury as you push yourself within safe limits.

    Beginning Exercisers

    Correct exercise introduction is the key to long-term fitness results. You will learn correct exercise techniques and correct machine selection that will fit your specific fitness needs. You will also positively benefit from the instant corrective feedback your trainer provides.

    Exercise Progression

    It is natural to reach plateaus in your workout routine. Our main objective is to implement a workout plan that will allow you to consistently progress without the risk of burn-out. Our trainers will not only add variety to your workout program, but they will make it fun as well. Adding a personal trainer to your workout regime will greatly minimize the chance of hitting a plateau period.

    Advanced Athletes

    Our personal training team has diversity and depth in all areas of exercise and sport science. Our trainers provide extensive knowledge of sport specific movements that assist athletes of all ages and skill levels to better improve their athletic performance.

    Those With Special Needs

    Our goal is to be available to everyone, regardless of wellness and fitness level. We have trainers on staff who will assist in the progression of recovery from injury or illness. We will work in conjunction with your health practitioner to provide pre-operative strengthening and post-operative exercise therapy.

    Getting Started With a Personal Trainer

    Ask our Wellness Director or Membership Specialists which trainer they would recommend for your needs. Please fill out of Personal Training Inquiry Form at the front desk and we will schedule your initial consultation.

    Cancellation Policy

    In consideration of others and our professionals’ time, we require that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule an appointment. A fee of $25 will be charged (per appointment) for late cancellations and no shows.
